 This is my ex husband who walked out on his family a short 6 months after his daughter was born, for another woman who he claims he was NOT cheating with, but they were moved in together within the week of him walking out and were married within the week of our divorce being final. He never ever spends any time with his daughter he refuses to answer any phone calls from her and never returns any of her phone calls. She has her own phone and number so there is no reason for his refusal to speak with her. She is now 16 almost 17 and refuses to call him dad he is her sperm donor. He never ever pays child support, unless he is threatened with jail and then he tries to get that vacated or gets it extended as far out as possible, and then makes what he calls child support payments in the amount of 10.00 every few months. I have gotten a total of 75.00 this year. The only reason he is not farther behind is I get his income tax every year and he has to make purge payments or go to jail about 2 times a year.
He is a true DEAD BEAT!
